Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click the add to cart button by the item that you wish to purchase. To see what you have already ordered click on the view cart button. After you have finished your selection, click on the view cart button and you will be asked for your payment details and delivery address.

Payment Methods
You can pay online with a credit or debit card via PayPal secure online payment system (further information can be found at www.paypal.co.uk) or alternatively you can pay by cheque. Please make cheque's payable to "Lovely Baby" and send to Lovely Baby, PO Box ****. Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment clears. Please put your name and address on the reverse of the cheque. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom your credit card company should convert your transaction into the appropriate currency.

When your order is despatched this indicates acceptance of your payment and a contract to supply goods at the published prices. If for any unforeseen circumstance your ordered item is no longer available we will contact you to let you know and offer an alternative item.

Postage and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 4 working days (usually 2 days). However, some items may be temporarily out of stock so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please email us at time of placing your order if you have a specific deadline.

The cost of postage, within the United Kingdom, for all orders below £30.00 is £3.50. All orders above £30.00 will qualify for our free delivery service.

For items to be sent outside of the United Kingdom there is a flat shipping cost of £15 per order. Lovely Baby does not take any responsibility for customs or import duties once your order reaches your country. Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.

VAT
All charges are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at the current rate.

Returns
If, when your goods arrive, they are not what you expected please advise us in writing of your intention to return them within 24 hours. Please return them within 7 days unused, in the original packaging, and with any tags still attached and we will be happy to exchange them or offer a refund. We are sorry but P&P costs cannot be refunded.

If the items are damaged and/or faulty on arrival we will either provide a full refund or replace the damaged items on a like for like basis. Please contact us within 24 hours to notify us of the damage. For all returns please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office as refunds will only be given once the goods have been received by us. Returns should be sent to Lovely Baby, PO Box 188, Benfleet SS7 9BN.

Data Protection and Privacy
We will not disclose your information to third parties. We will use your information only for the purposes of providing our services to you and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
